Privacy policy

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit minervacomputing.com and when you ask for early access. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

The controller is Szymon Nastaly, Switzerland. For anything about your data, email programming@szymonnastaly.com.

This website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser’s user agent, so it can deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We use no analytics, no tracking and no cookies. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Early access

When you ask for early access, you answer three questions about your company and how it would use Minerva, and give your name, your work email and, if you like, your company’s name and a note. While you answer, the page keeps your answers in your browser’s local storage, so they survive a reload; they reach us only when you send them, and the page removes them from your browser then.

The website emails your answers to us through Cloudflare Email Sending, and we keep that email in our mailbox. We use your answers only to talk with you about early access and a pilot, and to learn what companies need from Minerva. We do not add you to a newsletter. Your IP address is used only to limit how often the form can be sent and is not sent to us with your answers.

Why we process your data

We process your data to run the website and keep it secure and free of abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and to answer your request for early access, a step you ask for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use the following providers, who process data on our behalf.

Some providers are in the USA, which neither Switzerland nor the EU considers to have an adequate level of data protection in general. We transfer data there only to providers certified under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or bound by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, with the amendments required for Switzerland.

How long we keep data

  • Early access answers: until we have been in touch about early access and no longer need them, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, get a copy of it, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent you have given. To have your early access answers deleted, or for any other request, email programming@szymonnastaly.com from the address you gave us. We answer within 30 days.

You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or in the EU the authority where you live or work.

Changes

We will update this page when the website changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
